Members of The Gosport Shed have formed four music groups – one of which,
The Gosport Shed Ukulele Band is available for performances.
The Gosport Shed Ukulele Band has performed at nursing homes, community events, church groups, private events, fetes, etc on a donation only basis. To organise a booking please complete the contact form below and we will be in touch.
The other three groups , the Guitar Group, The Gosport Shed Gentlemen’s Skiffle Band, and the The Gosport Shed Sixties Band currently only play for enjoyment within the Shed
Please note that another local musical group by the name The Travellin’ Shedders is not associated in any way with The Gosport Shed charity.
The Gosport Shed music group is happy to come to your venue to provide up to 2 hours entertainment.
Typical venues in the past have included nursing homes, day centres, and private events. There are no charges although we do ask that you consider a donation to aid the running of the Shed.
The venue needs to be of a suitable size for the group and the audience, and have access to an electrical supply. Ideally some parking close to the venue for the shedders would be appreciated.
