A number of members visited Southwick House to visit the D-Day map room. Southwick House was the command headquarters for D-Day landings.
The shedders were given a very warm welcome and a very comprehensive and interesting talk of the history of the HQ , the events of leading up to D-Day and those on the day itself. The shedders then visited the Military Police museums.
